Terms of Service — RestoPro

By using RestoPro, you agree to these Terms.

1. Authorized Use

Users represent and warrant that they are the verified owner or an authorized manager of any Google Business Profile they connect to RestoPro. Misuse or unauthorized profile connection is strictly prohibited.

2. Use of Service

You must:

• Be a verified owner or authorized manager of connected Google Business Profiles
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes

3. OAuth & Account Responsibility

You grant access via Google OAuth voluntarily.

You are responsible for:

• All actions taken via your account
• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials

4. AI Draft Responsibility

AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. RestoPro does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI drafts. The User is solely responsible for the content of any response published to Google.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Post spam, abusive, or misleading responses
• Misuse Google API data
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data

6. Third-Party Dependencies

Our service depends on:

• Google Business Profile API
• External infrastructure providers

We are not liable for:

• API downtime
• Changes made by Google
• Account suspensions by Google

7. Data & Privacy

Use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse is detected

Users may terminate their account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

RestoPro is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

• Business losses
• Data loss due to third-party failures
• Content posted by users

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
